We FINALLY found a house that we love AND placed an offer that got approved! We close (hopefully) next Wednesday the 8th! If not before. I asked for a quick 21 day closing which gives us one week to get moved before our rental agreement is up for the month and therefore don't have to enter into another month.... It is SUCH a cute house! It is located about 6 minutes away and even more convenient to most places. It is a brand new house located in the old historic area which is so cool. You have brand new things but with all the old charm surrounding you! It is also GREEN (Eco-Friendly) which is SO important to me! Little perks like double paned windows, recycled building materials and a tankless water heater make me feel better about buying a new home. It is also two stories which we and the cats love! Now we are just doing the stressful things like paperwork for the bank and packing (again), and getting all the little details in order like utilities, address changes, and everything else! I am not sure which is more stressful - buying a house or selling one! They both cause insomnia and massive headaches!

A special shout out to for dedicating this picture to me! You should read her story on it - she is a FABULOUS person with one of the biggest hearts for animals that I know! And she also owns some ADORABLE dogs and cats (and a rabbit)!

If I have been delayed in responding I apologize it's just life has been very busy! I hope everyone is doing well; especially with all the crazy reminders of Life's short and uncertain nature.....four icons gone in less than a week... it's nuts! (Especially since some of them were relatively young!)
